Why do you need a membership to L'Orage? 
L'Orage is a private club. A membership card is always required for admission. Not everyone is admitted; admission is a privilege, not a right.
 

How are memberships processed?
Memberships are processed upon your first visit to the club, at the entrance. Please bring official identification (driver's license, health insurance card, passport).
 

Do you have lockers? 
No, we do not have lockers. You can leave a bag in the coat check at the entrance. The coat check is secure.
 

Where can we leave a bag that we don't need right away?
In the coat check at the entrance.
 

What to expect during our first visit?
You will be greeted at the entrance. We will explain the rules and how a swingers club operates and provide an orientation. After that, you'll have a guided tour of the club with a staff member. Don't hesitate to ask us questions; we've seen and heard it all (or almost!!).
 

Can I bring my toys?
Certainly, but don't forget them afterward!
 

Do we have to walk around the 2nd floor in towels? 
On the 2nd floor, you're never required to undress. You're welcome to walk around and be a voyeur. The only thing we ask is that you be respectful of the other people on the floor and keep your voice down.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit, credit, and cash at the door as well as at the bar.
 

What is the dress code? 

• ​No T-shirts.

• Dress shoes only (no sneakers).

• No caps or hats.

• Please make sure you adhere to the L’Orage dress code. Being refused entry after hours of driving and the prospect of a wild night out is never pleasant.
   

​Don't want to respect the dress code?

• We'd be happy to provide you with a list of clubs that don't impose one.

• Most women make such an effort to please you, gentlemen! A little lace, a sparkly lipstick, beautiful heels, an intoxicating perfume. Of course, they expect to find in return someone other than a man in a T-shirt, ripped jeans, patched sandals, and who, what's more, still smells like the end of an afternoon BBQ.

• Gentlemen, while a suit isn't required at L'Orage, know that elegant pants topped with a nice shirt will be your ticket. Running shoes (even designer ones), sportswear, and caps won't give you the essential passport to enter the gates of pleasure. In other words, you'll be left outside! 
   

Are single men allowed? 
Single men are allowed on Thursdays (Diversity), Fridays, and Sundays. Single men must be members of the club and be dressed according to the dress code. Admission to the club is a privilege, not a right. Not everyone is accepted.
 

Do you have parking? 
Yes, at the end of the building. You can also park on the street.
 

What is the average age of the guests? 
The average age varies from 30 to 60 each evening.
 

Do you accept wheelchair users?
The first floor is wheelchair accessible, but the second floor is not.
 

What constitutes consent? (see Rules)

• KNOW HOW TO ACCEPT REFUSAL WITHOUT BEING INSISTENT

• MAKE EYE CONTACT BEFORE ENTERING THE MEMBER BUBBLE

• NO PHYSICAL OR VERBAL AGGRESSION TOWARDS A MEMBER OR STAFF WILL BE TOLERATED

• YOUR PROTECTION AND THAT OF OTHERS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE (CONDOMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE BAR OR WITH SUPERVISORY STAFF)

• VIOLATION OF THE CONSENT POLICY WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE CLUB FOR THE EVENING OR PERMANENTLY. NO ONE IS EXEMPT FROM THESE RULES.
   

Do I need a reservation?
We do not accept reservations, so arrive before midnight to guarantee a spot and a great evening.
 

Do you accept visitors from outside Quebec who are not members?
Of course! We have a "visitor" card that's valid for the weekend, and you only have to pay the evening rate. This visitor card is only valid for people from outside the province of Quebec (ID required).
